This 60 hour training course (with a 35 hour lecture content) is designed to help people wanting to assist those affected by HIV / Aids, to offer support and render pre and post test counselling.

Learners should have an understanding and awareness of the HIV virus through previous training.

This course covers relationship-building skills, understanding, evaluation and practical counselling skills.
